Q: What address should I put on my invites?

Q: Will construction be an issue for my guests' parking?
A: As we continue to grow, we ask for your patience and understanding. Please click here for parking and directions for your guests. We will be sure to communicate any changes that may arise for parking.

Q: Do you offer shuttle services for guests from the parking lot to the stadium entrance?
A: Yes, we offer shuttle services for an additional charge.

Q: Does the client set up the tables, chairs, and linens?
A: No, this is something our event/catering staff will take care of prior to your event.

Q: Am I allowed bring in outside drinks?
A: Outside drinks are not permitted.

Q: What are we required to do for clean up?
A: We ask that everything that is brought in by client for the event be cleaned up prior to leaving the property.

Q: How much time do I have for set up?
A: Clients will be allotted 1 hour to set up and decorate. If you need more time, that can be discussed with the event coordinator and added to your contract at an additional cost.

Q: Do you offer bundle deals if I have multiple events within a certain time frame?
A: Yes, a discount will be given on hosting multiple events with us!

Q: Are we allowed to bring cake/desserts?
A: No, we do not allow outside cakes/desserts. All cakes/desserts must go through in-house catering.

Q: Do you provide a valet service for events?
A: We do not provide a valet service but you If you would like service, it would be at your own expense. We refer to Great Lakes Valet. 216-780-4103

Q: Do you have a preferred hotel for guest group bookings?
A: Yes, the DoubleTree by Hilton Canton Downtown. Please we work with your event coordinator for contact information.

Q: When will all details be finalized?
A: Clients will be contacted about 4 weeks prior to event to finalize details.

Q: Do you have in house catering, or can I bring in my own catering?
A: Yes, we have an in-house caterer, so we do not allow outside catering.

Q: Can we do a tasting before we finalize our menu selection?
A: Yes, there is there an additional cost of $25 per person.

Q: With your packages do you provide tables and chairs?
A: Yes, we offer 60” and 72” rounds and 6’ and 8’ long tables and high-top tables at the stadium ONLY.

Q: Can I use the scoreboard?
A: Absolutely, we would love to feature your name, date, or message on the scoreboard for an additional charge.

Q: Can my guest go on the field?
A: This can be discussed with the event coordinator and will depend on the stadium schedule.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you decide to cancel your event, the cancellation policy will be a case-by-case basis.
