2022 NFL Alumni Academy Freedom Bowl

is coming to HOFV!

The largest high school football event in the country takes place at Tom

Benson Hall of Fame Stadium August 26-27. The Freedom Bowl consists of five (5) games including national and state powerhouse teams. The event will also commemorate those who have protected our nation through military service and will feature additional activities to support youth football players.

The weekend kicks off at 5:30pm ET on Friday, August 26.

Friday's Schedule:

5:30pm ET: Christian Brothers Catholic (Missouri) vs. Milton High School (Georgia)

8:30pm ET: St. Edward's (Cleveland) vs. Central Catholic (Pennsylvania)

Saturday's Schedule

2:00pm ET: Camden High School (New Jersey) vs. Chardon High School (Ohio)

5:00pm ET: Saint Frances Academy (Maryland) vs. East St. Louis (Illinois)

8:00pm ET: Clarkson North (Canada) vs. Perry High School (Ohio)

About the Freedom Bowl
The Freedom Bowl raises awareness for veterans and proceeds benefit wounded warriors and their military families. Sponsored by the NFL Alumni Academy, the oldest national organization of retired former athletes, the event will also feature activities to support young athletes and recognize those who served, including: a team skills competition, guest speakers, life skills, partner breakout sessions and parent, family, and community partner interactions
