Arrival Time
Gates open at 6:30pm. Hall of Fame Village grounds will be open all day.

There will be ATM’s inside the stadium for your convenience.

Covid-19 Protocols
There are no restrictions currently per the Stark County Department of Health.

Enshrinement at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium
Enshrinement attendees who wish to attend The Concert for Legends will need a concert ticket. All Enshrinement attendees will exit the stadium after the ceremony. Gates will re-open at 6:30pm for concert admission.

Food and Beverage
No food or beverages will be allowed to be brought into the stadium. There will be a diverse selection of food and beverage and specialty products available at the concert.

Inclement Weather
The Concert for Legends will be held rain or shine. In the event of lightning, the concert will delay performances until it is safe to resume.

Parking areas will be located around the stadium. Shuttle locations at various locations throughout the Canton area will be announced at a future date.

Purchasing Tickets
Tickets can be purchased online at using a credit card. Tickets will be delivered digitally and will be scanned directly from your mobile device upon entry. If available, tickets can also be purchased at the box office on the day of the concert.

No professional cameras or video recording equipment are allowed or permitted in the stadium during the concert.

Once your concert ticket has been scanned, it is not permitted to exit and re-enter Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.

All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, as explained in the Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled and Moved Events section at

Security/Safety Measures
Law enforcement and stadium & concert security staff will be onsite throughout the concert for your safety. Guns, weapons, knives, and tasers ARE PROHIBITED at the stadium. No backpacks, large purses, or packages of any kind can be brought into the stadium. ALL personal items can and will be inspected & scanned before entry into the concert. No bottles, coffee mugs, or beverage containers of any type will be allowed into the stadium.

Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium is a non-smoking venue. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Keep in mind, also, that it is not permitted to exit and re-enter Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.

Stadium Seating
Stadium Seats will be identified by their Section/Row/Seat as assigned on your digital tickets(s).

Start Time

There will be no Will-Call location as tickets are digital.

As you arrive at the gate for your security check, you and your belongings will be screened for prohibited items. All individuals are subject to walking through a metal detector as part of the screening process. Due to enhanced security procedures the only bags, packages or containers permitted to be carried by fans as they enter the stadium are the following:
  • Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags smaller than 12” x 6” x 12”
  • a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or smaller)
  • clutch purses no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”
  • medically necessary items will be admitted after being screened at the appropriate gate
Please plan on allowing extra time to enter the stadium. We thank you for your patience and understanding to ensure the safety of all guests. Prohibited items discovered during inspections will not be allowed in the stadium. You may return prohibited items to your vehicle or dispose of them at the gate. See below for a list of permitted and prohibited items.

  • Binoculars (without the case)
  • Cameras (without the case) are permitted but the images cannot be commercially used. (Lens cannot extend over three inches)
  • Wheelchairs, motorized medical scooters and valid medical devices
  • Clutch purses no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”
  • Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags smaller than 12” x 6” x 12”
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags
