Q-Are masks required to enter the complex?
A- Yes, masked are required to enter into the facility and must be worn at all times.
6 feet social distancing must be maintained at all times.

Q-Where do I stay while participating in an event?
A-National Sports Complex can assist with all of your tournament housing needs. They offer the lowest rate online and have access to a wide variety of hotels in the Canton/Akron area.

Teams from the local area (within 60 miles) are not required to stay in a hotel and can choose to commute to the campus each day.

Q-Where do I park?
A-Parking is currently provided on-site for visitors at no charge. No parking will be allowed in clearly marked “Drop Off Areas” or access roads entering the sports complex.

Q-Admission to the complex?
A-Player and coach admission is included in the tournament fee.
For visitors not including players and coaches, there may be an admission fee required to enter the sports complex. Please refer to your specific tournament’s information to see if there is one.

Q-Are there concessions available?
A-All concessions located within National Sports Complex will be open during tournaments (hours may vary based on event schedule).
Athletes may bring reusable sports bottles in for use at water fountains, water jugs, and hydration stations in the park.

Q-How do you handle sportsmanship?
A-Poor sportsmanship and poor behavior from players, coaches, parents and other visitors will NOT be tolerated at the National Sports Complex. All guests are expected to be respectful of each other, as well as the umpires/referees and tournament officials. National Sports Complex and tournament personnel have the right to remove visitors at anytime if they are deemed to be in violation.

Q-Is there any merchandise available?
A-National Sports Complex merchandise will be on sale throughout the duration of tournaments & camps.

Q-Is there medical help available?
A-National Sports Complex is proud partners with Aultman Sports Medicine where certified medical personnel will be on site for all events.

Q-Can we put up a canopy or tent at the complex?
A-Pop up tents and canopies are allowed in the sports complex. In addition, each field has bleacher seating, but we do allow folding chairs if you would like to bring them.

Q- What items are prohibited into the complex?

A-All items below are prohibited into the National Sports Complex


All forms of alcohol are currently prohibited in the sports complex


All forms of tobacco are prohibited inside the sports complex. Players, coaches, or parents found to be in violation of this rule will be referred to the Tournament Director for discipline. A designated smoking area is available outside of the sports complex.

Gum/Sunflower Seeds:

National Sports Complex prohibits gum and sunflower seeds from being brought onto fields.


Pets are not permitted in the National Sports Complex, with the exception of service animals.

Q-What type of cleats can my athlere wear?
A-Players may wear molded cleats, but metal cleats are NOT allowed on the turf fields.

Q-Do you have restroom facilities on site?
A-Yes, we do.

Q-Do you only book events?
A-No, we also rent the facility on a per hour basis.
